Summary

Prepare v0.3.3 for npm publication and fix the native TypeScript client shutdown race.

Reasoning

The synchronous TypeScript client closes its pipes and sends SIGTERM, which can emit context canceled after a successful check.

Use the asynchronous client so shutdown closes stdin cleanly, while preserving strict diagnostic and cleanup assertions.

Changes

  • Update all workspace versions and internal dependency references to 0.3.3.
  • Generate dated release changelogs, CLI shrinkwrap, and install locks through the release script.
  • Await native API requests and client shutdown in the relative-import checker.

Testing

  • Release preflight, model hydration, generated-lock checks, npm run check, offline build, and complete ./test.sh passed.
  • The failing main CI shard passed locally with ./test.sh other --shard=1/2.
  • The import checker passed 160 repeated test invocations after the fix.
  • Previous isolated npm/Bun real-provider print and interactive smoke tests and install/update/repair/uninstall acceptance passed.
  • The exact packed v0.3.3 candidate passed npm/Bun version, help, model-list, real-provider print, and interactive smoke tests outside the repository.
  • npm audit --omit=dev --audit-level=moderate reported zero vulnerabilities in the isolated v0.3.3 npm CLI install.

- Avoid cancellation diagnostics from forced native-client shutdown
- Retain strict stderr checks and temporary-project cleanup
- Keep workspace versions and generated install metadata in lockstep
- Finalize the audited release records for npm publication
